The company has seen year-on-year growth, disrupting the industry with its end-to-end service, which allows customers to select their purchases and use a geo-search feature to locate fitters in their area – via both website and a mobile app.
As a business that sells items of a higher price bracket, the team was looking to expand its customer base by offering interest-free finance payments. In early 2019, Flooring Hut appointed Duologi as the partner through which to provide the option.
